This morning we finished up some last minute shopping before heading out of Hong Kong. This afternoon we flew from Hong Kong and arrived in Shanghai. The best part of the flight: the ice cream! Oh and the hotel---amazing! We are on the 47th floor, a corner room and a view to die for!
Day 8:
Our 8th day of the trip was full of new experiences! We had a presentation from Li & Fung Shanghai in the morning, and we also toured the offices.
In the afternoon, we toured a Kohl's factory, which was extremely interesting. The factory also makes clothes for Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie, which is intriguing since all three retailers have different price points. We learned what makes clothing more expensive, such as the alignment of patterns on a pair of shorts. It was cool to see clothing that will be in the store soon!
After the factory, we saw a Chinese Acrobat Show! It was amazing, and we learned that Cirque du Soleil recruits talent from the show.

She rolled over while holding all of the glasses at the same time! The entire show was fantastic. Afterwards, we were treated to yet another amazing dinner at Ye Shanghai. Overall, this was yet another amazing day of our trip.
