Becca&Lauren: News from Room 950

After a long day of traveling, we finally arrived in Hong Kong, just in time for our first meal.  We were unsure if we were even hungry, but after seeing the huge buffet filled with sushi, seafood, stir frys, soup, and tons of dessert, we instantly decided we were in fact hungry. Becca's favorite dessert were the crepes filled with peanut butter, strawberries, and blueberries, as well as the mini tiramisu. Lauren's was the shaved banana flavored ice with chocolate drizzled on top.

After dinner, a few of us decided to wander the mall and train station close to our hotel.  We ended up at this small candy shop filled with tons of unknown candies. The colors and smells were overwhelming, from the row of chocolates to the row of dried salmon fish chews.  Although many of us were not interested in trying this fish chews, it was so cool to see the difference between candy chops in America and candy shops in Hong Kong.

We have only been in Hong Kong for a short period of time, but we have already seen many amazing sites. We are really looking forward to seeing Li & Fung's Corporate Offices today!
