Hi, my name is Katherine Edwardson and I am a junior majoring in Retailing with a Certificate in Business at UW-Madison. I am very excited to travel to Hong Kong and Shanghai to learn more about the international retail industry and to experience the culture! I am passionate about the retail industry - both as a consumer and a student. I aspire to become a buyer for a large retail company, and this experience will be very beneficial for both my current undergraduate education and future career. I hope to learn more about Chinese business practices as they are one of the largest exporters in the world. I am very fortunate for this opportunity and am excited to immerse myself into the culture and do some great shopping on our trip!
